Live Healthy Hydrate is locally owned and operated by Emergency Medicine certified physicians, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses with 120+ years of combined experience in critical care medicine, utilizing our knowledge and expertise to maximize our client's health, safety, and comfort.
As Emergency Room Doctors and Nurses, we know the challenges one can face when you are not at your best. Every day, we see how the lack of proper preventative care leads to various health issues. We believe that intentional preventive care is the missing ingredient to optimal performance.
IV hydration aids in recovering fluids, minerals, and electrolytes that your body desperately needs to function at its fullest. IV hydration gives you electrolytes, vitamins, and minerals that traditional hydration cannot provide. Infusions are safe with little to no side effects, although some may experience minor discomfort or soreness at the IV site. Please plan for treatments to last 45-60 minutes.

Hi, my name is Shannon! I have spent the last 16 years working in the Emergency Room, and over 11 years as a registered nurse. My husband, Jacob, and I live in Anderson Township and have two school-aged daughters. Throughout my career I have sought to support my passion for helping others, staying active, and living a healthy lifestyle. I have a strong commitment to hiking, biking, and spending quality time with my friends and family. Traveling is one of my favorite pastimes. One day I hope to hike all 63 national parks, currently I have hiked 10. I am excited to be a part of the Cincinnati Health and Wellness scene, and I look forward to helping you achieve your wellness goals!

Hi, my name is Megan! I am a Cincinnati Native and I have been a registered nurse for 10 years exclusively in the Emergency Department. I love to stay active, which I support by attending fitness classes, biking, walking, and kayaking. During my leisure time, you can find me hanging out with my friends, family, and a boxer mix named Libby whom I rescued four years ago. When I have downtime, I enjoy traveling with my closest friends. I dream of visiting Ireland and Greece and hope to make that a reality soon! I am passionate about health, wellness, and supporting each person’s journey to be the best version of themselves.
